We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Counsel – Structured Funds to join our Legal team. This role is located in São Paulo, SP – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Conduct legal activities related to funds administration, including:
Organization and changes in funds by laws;
Analysis of transactions performed by investment funds, such as corporate bonds and derivatives;
Draft and review of agreements related to funds services providers, structure funds (FIDCs, FIPs and Real Estate Funds), public offerings.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (with OAB) – Brazilian Bar Association;
Previous experience in a Law Firm or in a Financial Institution;
Fluency in English;
Working well with a team;
Organizing and planning skills to work with high volume;
Skill to develop, in short term, critical analysis of documents and new regulations;
Previously experience in offshore funds.
